Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ALMA Games (“ALMA Games”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile games (“Games”) and/or visit our websites that link to this Policy (“Websites”). “Services” means the Games, the Websites, and related services we control. “Your data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the Games and/or on the Websites before they take effect.
2. Contact
You can reach us at contact@alma-games.com for any privacy questions or requests.
3. Why we process data & legal bases
We process data to operate and improve the Services. Our legal bases under GDPR include: (a) performance of a contract (provide and support the Services), (b) legitimate interests (security, anti‑fraud, analytics, internal reporting), (c) consent (personalized ads, cookies where required), and (d) legal obligations (tax, accounting, compliance).
4. What data we process
- Account and contact data you provide (e.g., email when contacting support).
- Online identifiers (e.g., in‑game alias, IP address, device identifiers such as IDFA/GAID).
- Device and technical data (model, OS, language, display, performance metrics).
- Usage data (game progress, purchases, session events, crash logs, interactions with ads).
- Referral and marketing data (campaigns and channels that led you to the Games).
- Inferences about preferences based on your in‑game activity.
- Messages you send to us (support emails) or via official communities we manage.
- Third‑party account data if you connect accounts (e.g., to enable cross‑device play).
We do not intentionally process special categories of personal data (e.g., health, political opinions). Please do not provide such information in the Services.
5. Where data comes from
- Directly from you and your device when you use the Services (including via SDKs and cookies).
- Platforms and stores that distribute our Games for purchases and entitlements.
- Advertising and analytics partners that help deliver or measure ads and usage.
6. Advertising
Advertising funds our Games and enables us to offer many features free of charge. We may show our own ads and third‑party ads in the Games and advertise our Games on third‑party properties. Where required, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising and the sharing of identifiers with our ad partners. You can manage ad preferences in your device settings and, where available, in the in‑game privacy menu.
